Record the order reference before redemption. If the provider reports an error, capture the exact message without exposing the code itself and contact support from the order.

Manual delivery requires a staff member to verify stock, prepare access, or complete an invitation. The listing should provide an estimate. The order remains traceable while it is being prepared, and support can review the same order record if the estimate passes without delivery.

Manual does not mean payment should move to an unrecorded chat. Keep payment and delivery inside the order flow so the amount, product, and recipient remain linked.

Some team offers are released when enough buyers join. Others provide an available seat in an active team. The product page shows the team status and fixed end date when applicable. A team that has already started may have a shorter remaining term than a newly created group.

Before joining, compare the seat's remaining duration with a newly formed team and confirm whether an invitation, separate profile, or supplied login will be used. This prevents a shorter active-team offer from being mistaken for a new full-term subscription.
